Each 50-minute session is $225. We do not take private insurance, but we may be able to superbill to help you cover the cost of counseling.

Not every therapist is trained to handle trauma, but LiveFree specializes in trauma-informed therapy and recovery. We have experience treating both PTSD and CPTSD, helping people identify the effects of trauma in their lives and break free from the negative beliefs, thoughts and painful flashbacks they experience.

We treat trauma in a variety of ways including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and talk therapy. Establishing goals, developing boundaries and building confidence are also core parts of our trauma therapy.
